Prophecy was formed by developers who have created bespoke software solutions for a wide variety of clients across different industries including RAC plc, Pioneer, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, DABs Direct (the UK's largest technology mail order company), Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Astra Zeneca and parts of the NHS.

We have also developed two innovative software solutions that address often neglected, but vitally important, areas of business. Our Helpdesk and Call Management software - Seeker - was born out of frustration with existing poorly featured and difficult to use packages. Seer, our Mobile Workforce Management package, was created because no-one else was offering the functionality we wanted combined with an easy-to-use interface. We use our own Software! What does this mean? It means we do not have a Head Office. It means that if you log a call on our Helpdesk it can be answered by an Agent in London or an Agent in Edinburgh. It means that you could run a call centre or helpdesk with 100 agents in 100 different locations. The software is the factor that holds the operation together, not the fact that the 100 people are in the same (expensive) building. We are using technology to control costs and work efficiently.
