Our prices are based on a number of factors:

  • The potential number of users logging calls (someone using Seeker Call Manager with a thousand clients may want to register thousands of potential users)
  • The potential number of calls

The minimum charge for Seeker Call Manager as a stand-alone application is £150 a month.

The minimum charge for Seeker Call Manager as an additional Seeker Helpdesk module is £100 a month.


Installation

Seeker - our helpdesk and call management software - is offered using the ASP (Application Service Provider) model. Seeker is hosted by us with the software accessed using the internet (Internet Model).

This means:

  • We host the software so you have no hardware or software to install and maintain
  • Monthly rental based on the number of users (Seeker Helpdesk) or calls (Seeker Call Manager) means no large up-front costs
  • Ongoing access to latest version of software
  • On-line and Prophecy helpdesk support included
  • Available from anywhere in the world with internet access
  • Helpdesk and call management staff can work from any location
  • Can be accessed directly from your Intranet
