The minimum charge for Seeker Call Manager as a stand-alone application is £150 a month.
The minimum charge for Seeker Call Manager as an additional Seeker Helpdesk module is £100 a month.
Installation
Seeker - our helpdesk and call management software - is offered using the ASP (Application Service Provider) model. Seeker is hosted by us with the software accessed using the internet (Internet Model).
This means:
- We host the software so you have no hardware or software to install and maintain
- Monthly rental based on the number of users (Seeker Helpdesk) or calls (Seeker Call Manager) means no large up-front costs
- Ongoing access to latest version of software
- On-line and Prophecy helpdesk support included
- Available from anywhere in the world with internet access
- Helpdesk and call management staff can work from any location
- Can be accessed directly from your Intranet
